ph3About the job QA Manual - France Inglés /h3 /brh3Senior QA Engineer (Functional Testing) /h3 /brpAt bVortech PCI Group /b, we are looking for a bSenior QA Engineer with a functional testing background /b to act as the quality reference within a large international development team. /p /brpThis is not a hands-on automation role: we are looking for someone who owns the testing strategy, leads functional quality, and becomes "the voice of quality" for the whole team — someone with the seniority and communication skills to influence developers, Product Owners, and stakeholders. /p /brh3Your role /h3 /brpYou will join a large, international software development team, taking ownership of quality end to end. /p /brh3Your Main Responsibilities Will Include /h3 /brul /brliDefining the test strategy, scope, and test plans for the product /li /brliExecuting and coordinating functional and manual testing activities /li /brliEstablishing acceptance criteria and ensuring adequate test coverage /li /brliManaging defects throughout the development lifecycle, including severity assessment and follow-up /li /brliWorking closely with developers and the Product Owner as the quality counterpart /li /brliGuiding the development team on how to prepare and structure automated tests /li /brliReviewing the results of test automation and AI-assisted testing to ensure reliability /li /brliPromoting a quality-first culture and coaching the team on QA best practices /li /br /ul /brh3What we are looking for /h3 /brul /brli5+ years of experience in QA,
