Alongside our management services, our Recruitment team works closely with Owners, Owner's Representatives, Captains and Heads of Department to source exceptional crew across the fleet. /p pWe are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Palma office. /p pThis opportunity would suit an experienced recruiter looking to specialise in the superyacht sector or a former superyacht crew member ready to bring their industry knowledge ashore. Experience onboard provides a valuable understanding of the industry, and we welcome applications from those looking to begin a career in recruitment. /p pYou’ll be joining a desk with real opportunity to grow. This is not an inherited portfolio of clients or vacancies, so you’ll be responsible for developing new business, building your own client base and creating opportunities within the market. Successful recruitment is built on trust, strong relationships and good judgement, but it is also a commercial role. We’re therefore looking for someone who enjoys business development, is confident speaking with people and is motivated by achieving results. /p h3The Role /h3 ul liDeveloping new business opportunities and growing your client portfolio. /li liWorking with yacht owners, Owner's Representatives, Captains and Heads of Department to understand their recruitment requirements. /li liSourcing, screening and interviewing candidates. /li liManaging vacancies from initial brief through to offer and placement. /li liBuilding and maintaining a network of qualified candidates for current and future opportunities.



/li liProviding clear communication and constructive feedback throughout the recruitment process. /li liMaintaining accurate records within the Hill Robinson recruitment database. /li liPromoting opportunities through social media and supporting the Hill Robinson brand. /li liWorking towards agreed revenue targets and key performance indicators. /li liAttending industry events, yacht shows and client meetings where appropriate. /li liSupporting colleagues across the wider Recruitment team when required. /li /ul h3About You /h3 pYou’ll be organised, professional and commercially minded, with the confidence to earn the trust of both clients and candidates. /p h3You’ll Ideally Have /h3 ul liPrevious recruitment experience within maritime, hospitality or another specialist sector, although this is not essential. /li liOr experience working onboard superyachts and an interest in building a career in recruitment. /li liA commercial mindset and the confidence to develop new business opportunities. /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. /li liThe ability to manage multiple priorities and work with accuracy. /li liStrong organisational skills and attention to detail. /li liA collaborative and proactive approach. /li liGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office. /li /ul pHill Robinson believes diversity drives innovation.
