We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.

The selection process will be during April 2026 until July 2026.

What does this internship consists in?

Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (Discover) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to Discover the skills most in demand today.It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.The start of the internship will be in early October 2026, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes).It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.

Key responsibilities:

- Provide transversal support to both DOA (Design Organization Approval) Management and Technical Airworthiness teams.
- Assist in the development of an internal regulatory tool to improve access,



usability and understanding of applicable aviation regulations.
- Support day-to-day activities related to DOA processes and airworthiness.
- Collaborate with different stakeholders across departments in an international environment.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within regulatory and certification workflows.
- Explore and support the use of AI and digital tools to enhance regulatory analysis, document management and process efficiency.
- Help ensure alignment with applicable aviation standards and requirements.

During this internship, you will:

- Gain knowledge of EASA Part 21 and equivalent military and civil regulations and their practical application.
- Understand DOA processes and responsibilities.
- Get exposure to aircraft certification and airworthiness requirements.
- Develop skills in regulatory analysis and tool development.
- Experience working in a cross-functional a multicultural engineering environment.

- Degree in Aeronautical Engineering or similar.
- Fluent in English.
- General knowledge in aeronautical systems.
- Interest in digitalization and AI applications in engineering or regulatory environments.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.




- Ability to work in an international and multidisciplinary environment.
