Ensures products are displayed in accordance with Company standards and all regulatory food safety practices. Promotes customer service and sales building practices. /p h3Essential Duties And Responsibilities /h3 ul liMaintains full stock conditions on grocery display racks and shelves. /li liOperates pallet jack to unload product from warehouse trucks and reloads trucks with return items (partners 18yrs.+). /li liEnsures dated product is stocked, rotated,



or discarded properly if unsold. /li liInspects product for quality and maintains quality control and food safety standards. /li liCollects empty cardboard boxes and other trash and places into bailer (partners 18yrs.+). /li liAssists fellow partners and customers by responding to price check questions and exchanging and/or locating product. /li liPromotes product sales through use of suggestive selling initiatives. /li liProvides friendly and customer service-oriented attitude by greeting customers, answering questions, and responding to customer complaints. /li liMaintains clean, safe and sanitary working and shopping environment by adhering to Company safety procedures. Complies with all Company policies and procedures. /li liTakes precautionary safety measures when using equipment and work tools. /li /ul h3Knowledge, Skills And Abilities /h3 ul liAbility to operate manual or electric pallet jack (partners 18yrs.+). /li liAbility to safely operate and maintain department equipment. /li liAbility to handle objects gently to avoid damage to items, people, vehicles, and property. /li liAbility to safely work with sharp objects such as knives, box cutters, etc. /li liAbility to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. /li liAbility to work well with fellow partners and promote a team environment. /li liAbility to learn new technology systems, methods and processes. /li liAbility to work versátil schedules including nights, weekends and holidays. /li liMust be attentive to potential hazards and remedy or place appropriate warning signs or devices around or near the hazard as soon as is reasonably possible.
