This role is idóneo for aspiring chefs looking to develop their skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that values precision, consistency, and teamwork. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liAssist senior chefs with preparation and cooking of all menu items /li liComplete mise en place tasks including chopping, marinating, peeling, portioning, and labeling /li liFollow recipes, plating standards, and portion guidelines set by our brand’s kitchen team /li liUphold kitchen cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards in your section at all times /li liSupport the Chef de Partie during service to ensure timely and quality execution of dishes /li liLabel, store, and rotate ingredients using FIFO practices to minimize waste /li liTake part in cleaning routines, deep cleaning duties, and breakdown procedures after service /li liHandle kitchen tools and equipment with care, safety, and professionalism /li liReceive and organize deliveries,
