ph3The Role /h3 ul liUnderstand our business, our technology, and our teams to participate in Fever internal development projects. /li liUnderstand business processes and design, test, and continuously improve our Salesforce CRM‑based solutions to meet business requirements. /li liDefine and implement Salesforce CRM‑based solutions, from functional configuration to Flow, Apex, and Lightning Web Component development. /li liDeploy metadata between sandboxes and production environments with DevOps. /li liDisplay strong presentation, organizational, and executional skills. /li liCommunicate and collaborate with stakeholders across departments: Sales, Marketing, Legal, Engineering, Data, and more. /li /ul h3Who You Are /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. /li liWork proficiency in English. /li li2+ years of relevant development experience on the Salesforce Platform. /li liExperience in Salesforce configuration, including Flows, Apex, and Lightning Web Components. /li liProven experience with Salesforce‑based deployments. /li liExperience in Google Sheets / AppScript development. /li liStrong written and oral communication skills. /li liAbility to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences. /li liProven experience managing ambiguity, complexity, and interdependencies within a product development cycle. /li liAbility to work independently and manage multiple concurrent projects from concept to completion. /li liCuriosity and desire to learn,
