These may involve Data DevOps, Architecture, Infrastructure teams etc. /li liAttend client facing meetings to elaborate on obstacles faced and to manage expectations keeping the leadership informed in case you require assistance. /li liTo keep composure under pressure and to work against tight deadlines. /li liDelegation is key, and requesting support from other leaders when in need. Be the person of contact to the Head of Platform to make sure any decisions involving risk mitigations are taken as early as possible. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 h3Leadership Communication /h3 ul liProven experience leading or managing a technical team, with the ability to align team efforts to product and business objectives /li liStrong communication skills,
