ppWe are looking for a hands‑on and detailed oriented Financial Tax Accountant to join our finance team in the renewable energy sector in Spain. This role is idóneo for a finance professional who enjoys operational accounting while also having strong knowledge of Spanish tax compliance related to utility scale solar assets. /p pReporting directly to the Head of Financial Control and working within an international finance team of 5 FTE, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting reporting activities, managing tax filings, and ensuring full compliance across operational solar projects. /p h3Key responsibilities /h3 ul liAccurately record and maintain day‑to‑day financial transactions /li liManage accounts payable, payment remittances, and treasury activities /li liPerform bank reconciliations and monitor cash movements /li liSupport monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes /li liPrepare and review general ledger reconciliations /li liProven experience in preparing financial statements and audit documents for external auditors /li liEnsure compliance with Spanish accounting and tax regulations /li liPrepare and file tax returns including VAT, CIT, electricity taxes, and other renewable‑energy‑related tax obligations /li liCollaborate with operational, project,
