ph3POSITION PURPOSE /h3 pThe Solution Designer will identify key consultants globally, understand market trends in cooling solutions for data centre, working out cooling solution concepts with key consultants and actively influence the design as well as support the front-end sales team in customer meetings. This role will serve as key partner between front end sales and the application engineering team, ensuring to build up relationship to key consultants and hyperscale and colocation customers and support developing customer centric cooling concepts for both, data hall cooling and heat rejection. /p h3Essential Duties And Responsibilities /h3 ul liIdentify key consultants globally and build up relationship. /li liAct as first point of contact for all requirements of consultants. /li liUnderstand market trends in cooling solutions. /li liWork out cooling solution concepts with consultants and actively influence design concepts. /li liSupport quote / no quote decision process in alignment with front-end sales. /li liReview and qualify RFQ´s technically and clarify any ambiguities before handover to solution engineering. /li liActively support front-end sales in customer meeting.



/li liFeedback to product development team on market trends and address needs for product adjustments or development. /li /ul h3COMPETENCY OR POSITION REQUIREMENTS (knowledge, Skills, And Abilities) /h3 ul liStrong communication skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams. /li liDemonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and projects. /li liStrong problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement and efficiency. /li liKnowledge of Data Centre environment, cooling concepts, thermodynamics and understanding strategic relationship building. /li /ul h3EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (required Levels) /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in science, engineering, thermodynamics, heat management, or related field. /li liUnderstanding of HTRI preferred. /li liMinimum of 3 years of experience in thermodynamic and 1-2 years of experience in data centre market environment. /li liPrior experience in a manufacturing or products-based industry is highly desirable. /li liExperience working in an international environment and managing teams. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
