Working closely with senior leaders, the role shapes and delivers people and culture strategies that support organisational priorities and drive the achievement of business objectives. /p h3Key Role Responsibilities /h3 ul liWork with senior European leaders to develop a PC strategy and goals which will support European expansion and local operational stability whilst protecting and embedding Greystar’s culture and values. /li liAs a member of the senior management team, contribute to business decisions and facilitate informed decision making; with a focus on the people implications of change and employee engagement. /li liCoach, challenge and advise senior leaders in all aspects of people management, including resourcing and talent management, learning and development, organisational design and development, engagement and motivation, performance and reward. /li liLead, manage, coach and develop the PC team members based in Continental Europe to ensure that they are focused on delivering against agreed business objectives. /li liContribute to the business planning and budgeting processes, including recommendations for future projects and initiatives.



/li liDevelop and report on key PC KPIs to enable the identification of trends and the continuous improvement of people management activities, including employee engagement. /li liAdvocate for and raise awareness of DEI focus areas, developing specific focus areas for line of business and / or countries. /li liLead and manage complex employee relations activity including escalations, complex cases, TUPE, consultation, collective bargaining. /li liManage and advise on all HR responsibilities related to acquisitions and divestments, providing project management oversight and delivery to integrations, property onboardings and exits and entry into new markets. /li liProvide strategic direction and leadership on the management of country specific items related to benefits, payroll, operations, policies and processes. Support audits, risk management and health and safety processes to ensure local compliance. /li liContribute to the European PC strategic priorities and focus areas, leading specific projects on behalf of the team and providing support to other projects as required. /li /ul h3About You /h3 pWe're looking for an experienced HR professional to lead and support people initiatives in a fast-paced, commercial environment. You'll bring strong generalist HR expertise, including employment law, reward, payroll and benefits, alongside experience managing acquisitions, organisational change,



and complex employee relations matters across multiple European countries. With excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, you'll act as a trusted business partner, combining commercial acumen with a pragmatic, people-focused approach.
