In this role you design, evolve, and continuously improve Roche’s workplace technology platforms, with a focus on printing, Microsoft technologies, and automation. You’ll lead technical governance, provide platform ownership, and drive modernization across a global enterprise. You work with architects, engineering teams, and service providers to ensure scalable, secure, and highly available workplace services. This is a hands-on, engineering-focused opportunity to shape Office experiences at scale within a collaborative, global environment.

• Communicate risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities
• Own assigned workplace technology platforms and guide global collaboration
• Mentor engineers and operational teams

Responsabilidades
• IT Engineering degree and ITIL Foundation and/or Microsoft certifications (Microsoft 365, Azure, xqbhyrx Power Platform, Endpoint Management)
• Minimum 5 years in Platform Engineering, Workplace Technologies, or related roles
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale platforms in general organizations with automation initiatives
• Strong understanding of operational support models and enterprise architectures
• Experience designing automation, IaC, and modern engineering practices
• Experience with ServiceNow or ITSM and IaC tools like Terraform or Ansible
• Proven ability to influence technical decisions without direct authority
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to balance strategy with execution
