Created as a non-profit association in 1985 in Barcelona, the mission of the junior enterprise is to give ESADE students the possibility of working in consultancy projects, in order for them to develop their skills, to put into practice what they have been learning at school and to have a first contact with the business world; as well as to provide companies an innovative and young reality with the rigor and the methodology of ESADE. /ph3Job Description /h3pThe Innovation Quest (also referred as IQ) is a case competition organized by eJoventut, ESADE's junior enterprise. The IQ consists of a 4-day competition between college BBA and MSc students who will work in teams to propose innovative solutions to real cases of the participant companies. /ppMoreover,
