Join Aldesa and grow with us! /p pLocation: Madrid, Spain /p pPosition: Planning Engineer – Data Center Project /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liPrepare overall project schedules, phase schedules, and detailed execution plans. /li liDevelop and maintain project WBS (Work Breakdown Structure), critical path schedules, and resource allocation plans. /li liMonitor project progress, perform schedule analysis, and issue delay alerts and risk warnings. /li liPrepare weekly and monthly progress reports, including client reporting documentation. /li liCoordinate schedule interfaces across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases. /li liSupport the Project Manager in acceleration plans and resource optimization strategies. /li liParticipate in delay claims and Extension of Time analysis within EPC contract frameworks. /li liOrganize and follow up planning coordination meetings with project stakeholders. /li liMaintain and update project schedule databases, planning files, and historical records. /li liPerform additional duties assigned by Project Management to support project delivery. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree or above in Engineering Management, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines. /li liMinimum 5 years of planning experience in large EPC construction projects. /li liProficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and other planning tools.
