We are passionately committed to changing the landscape of English language education by building a world full of impactful educational experiences. /p pWe are currently seeking a director/a for our school in Caldes de Montbui. /p pAs director/a, we will provide you with all the necessary training tools to further develop your skills in sales, facility and personnel management, customer service, and financial aspects. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupervising all daily operations and 360° management of the center at KidsUs, from both a commercial and academic standpoint; /li liIncreasing sales through the implementation of specific sales strategies, monitoring our sales KPIs frequently; /li liWelcoming clients and building relationships with parents, as well as providing customer consultation and family engagement activities; /li liCollaborating with the Marketing Office of the main headquarters to increase brand awareness, credibility, and market share in favor of KidsUs.



/li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liAbility to plan activities; /li liExcellent customer consultation and commercial relationship-building skills; /li liPrevious experience in the education, commercial, or retail sectors as a sales consultant, sales manager, team leader, store/school manager, or vice/assistant store manager; /li liAbility to manage and motivate our teachers; /li liGood knowledge of English (C1). /li liHave a Certificate of Sexual Offences with no previous record.
