IE University's Talent Careers Department is seeking an Associate Director to join the Strategic Initiatives team within the Employer Partnerships division. This cross-functional team designs, launches, and scales strategic initiatives that create meaningful professional opportunities for IE students across academic programs, including employer challenges, company engagement projects, micro-internships, experiential learning initiatives, and other innovative career development experiences. This role requires someone who is highly resourceful, agile, and execution-oriented, capable of bringing together multiple internal and external stakeholders to transform ideas into impactful initiatives. Drive innovation with a proactive mindset /ppWe are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid - IE Tower. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliEmployer Partnerships - Support the employer engagement strategy for cross-sector, multi-company, and strategic single-company initiatives that enhance students' professional profiles. /liliDesign and implement scalable processes that transform ideas into institutional programs, collaborating with multiple teams across and beyond Employer Partnerships. /liliAct as the main liaison between Strategic Initiatives and IE's schools, academic units, and corporate departments in and outside Spain. /liliSupport Talent Careers international representatives by adapting and exporting successful initiatives, processes, and best practices that strengthen employer engagement and student employability. /liliCoordinate meetings, projects, and events involving internal stakeholders, corporate partners, and senior executives to strengthen strategic relationships. /liliStrategy Operations - Collect, analyze, and monitor data on employer participation, student engagement, and program outcomes to measure impact and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. /liliPrepare presentations, reports, dashboards, and communication materials for internal leadership and external partners.
/liliAct as an ambassador for headquarters-led initiatives, ensuring successful implementation across IE's international offices. /liliProvide operational, analytical, and administrative support to the Strategic Initiatives team. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, Communications, or a related field is highly recommended. /lili3–5 years of experience in a fast-paced, project-based environment. /liliFull professional proficiency in English and Spanish (mandatory). /liliStrong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail. /liliExperience using Canva, Figma, Adobe Illustrator, or similar design tools. /liliOutstanding communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage confidently with students, corporate partners, faculty, and senior executives. /liliStrong organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously under tight deadlines. /liliProactive, service-oriented, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement. /liliHighly motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively. /liliInternational mindset with the ability to work effectively in multicultural environments. /li /ulh3Preferred Qualifications /h3ulliPrevious experience in Employer Relations, Campus Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Career Services, Higher Education, or Human Resources. /liliExperience coordinating multi-stakeholder projects. /liliFamiliarity with CRM systems and data reporting tools. /li /ulpAt IE University, we actively promote equal opportunities in recruitment processes and access to employment, always ensuring the absence of gender, sexual orientation, religion, age, ethnic origin, or disability bias throughout the entire selection process. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
