Our mission is simple: to deliver speed, reliability, and operational excellence at every stage of the supply chain. /ph3The Mission Core Scope /h3pThe Mission: Direct, coordinate, and execute the physical day-to-day delivery operations across our regional network, ensuring every parcel and large item leaves our hubs safely, on time, and aligned with target customer windows. /ppThe Scope: You will take direct operational and hands-on leadership over the outbound distribution floors and routing desks, managing delivery dispatch teams while coordinating seamlessly with internal dedicated fleets (1PL) and external carrier networks (3PL) on the ground. /ph3Crucial Expectations Performance Targets /h3pTo provide a clear understanding of the accountability required, the successful candidate will be evaluated on the following key metrics during the initial 6 to 12 months: /ppRoute Setup Operational Readiness: Lead the physical launch of new delivery zones and routing configurations, setting up standardized operating procedures (SOPs) for daily sorting, loading, and driver wave dispatches. /ppOn-Time Departure Wave Optimization: Structure and run highly efficient morning load-out waves, minimizing driver and van wait times at the docks and maximizing route capacity utilization. /ppReal-Time On-Road Troubleshooting: Establish real-time tracking protocols to handle transit delays, missed customer access codes,



and driver issues on the road, securing immediate on-time delivery recovery. /ppQuality Return-to-Station (RTS) Control: Implement rigid evening driver debrief and auditing processes to keep damaged freight, delivery disputes, and outstanding return backlogs to an absolute minimum. /ph3Position Requirements /h3pFrontline Network Launch Experience: Proven experience launching, managing, or optimizing high-volume delivery stations, express transport desks, same-day delivery networks, or urban distribution hubs. /ppRoute Driver Management Competence: Strong, hands-on experience managing dedicated fleets (1PL), subcontracted couriers, or local transport providers, with deep knowledge of route optimization, secure loading, and local driver regulations. /ppSystems TMS Literacy: Advanced working knowledge of Transport Management Systems (TMS), dynamic routing applications, and real-time fleet GPS tracking dashboards. /ppLanguage Proficiency: Professional fluency in the local language (Spanish/Italian) and English is mandatory to direct local crews and coordinate technical systems updates with the general support team.
