/li libCross-Functional Leadership: /b Partner with Marketing, SEO, Engineering, and Clinical teams to lead product delivery and ensure our website meets both business and user needs. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul li5+ years in Product Management, ideally in high-growth B2C or health-tech environments. /li liStrong experience managing web and CMS platforms (e.g., Strapi, Next.js) and architecture. /li liProven background in SEO and Content Strategy as organic growth drivers. /li liExpert-level skills in CRO, A/B testing frameworks, and full-funnel analytics. /li liStrong analytical skills and data-driven mindset. /li liExperience with funnel analysis and user journey optimization. /li liUnderstanding of UX principles and user behavior. /li liStrong collaboration and communication skills. /li liFluent English: (Spanish is a major plus) as you will be operating in a multicultural, international environment. /li /ul pAt Impress we cultivate a culture of inclusion and diversity.
