You will act as a strong data partner, working to provide accurate and actionable reporting to various stakeholders across the organization. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liProvide insights to stakeholders such as Compliance Office, ML, Compliance Operations, and Compliance Strategy teams to support data-driven compliance decisions. /li liUse SQL and Excel to analyze complex datasets and present findings clearly and effectively. /li liBuild dashboards and reports using BI tools to monitor compliance trends.



/li liSupport strategic initiatives by ensuring data is accessible, consistent, and accurate. /li liHandle multiple incoming data requests and break down complex problems into smaller, actionable tasks. /li liWork cross-functionally with Product and Data teams to ensure alignment and consistency across compliance systems. /li /ul h3Who You Are /h3 ul liYou have 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within compliance, fintech, financial services or risk. /li liProficient in SQL and Excel. /li liExperience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus. /li liStrong presentation and communication skills; able to explain technical insights to non-technical stakeholders. /li liExcellent spoken and written English /li liProficiency in Python - An advantage! /li liExperience leveraging AI to optimize processes, automate tasks, and drive better results - An advantage! /li /ul h3The Payoneer Ways of Working /h3 h3Act as our customer’s partner on the inside /h3 pLearning what they need and creating what will help them go further. /p h3Do it.
