You will be responsible for LEAN manufacturing implementation and optimization. /p pbWhat you can look forward to as a LEAN Promotion Officer (m/f/d): /b /p ul liProcess analysis and optimization – finding bottlenecks and weak points in production process. Analyze existing workflows and eliminate waste with help of LEAN Tools, /li liImplementation of LEAN culture – implementing and empowering LEAN principles. Engage with employees and challenge LEAN initiative, /li liContinuous Improvement – drive, monitor and ensure improvement in areas of focus. Analyze the results of activities and workshops, create success stories and identify areas for further optimization, /li liConducting Trainings/Workshops – provide training and workshops of Lean principles. Be a coach. Promote LEAN thinking,



/li liNetworking – be part of worldwide network of specialist, where you can learn or advise.
