Resolving ambiguity across business and technical stakeholders, balancing rapid reporting with deeper strategic research, and delivering decision‑ready insights that clarify trade‑offs and shape high‑impact initiatives, even when data is imperfect or incomplete. /li liStrong understanding of subscription and marketplace economics, including LTV modeling, cohort dynamics, retention mechanics, pricing trade‑offs, and long‑term value optimization. /li liStrong technical proficiency (e.g., SQL, Python) with the ability to review and elevate the analytical work of others, set coding standards, and design scalable analytical workflows. /li liCuriosity, problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills, as well as the ability to proactively identify and address challenges. /li liAbility to influence Directors and VP‑level stakeholders, navigate conflicting incentives, and drive clarity in high‑stakes strategic discussions. /li liInterest in the bigger picture, feeling excited to impact the product roadmap and strategy. /li liExperience mentoring and technically guiding senior data analyst, contributing to the overall growth and maturity of the data organization. /li /ul h3Nice to have: /h3 ul liBackground in 2‑sided marketplaces or digital businesses (B2C, B2B2C). /li liExperience in leading the application of advanced analytical approaches (e.g., forecasting, scenario modeling, performance optimization)
