Experteer Overview
As Payroll Consultant for the French market, you will guide French clients through implementing and adopting Factorial's Payroll module, ensuring accurate, compliant, and scalable payroll operations. You’ll act as a subject-matter expert on French payroll, DSN obligations, and conventions collectives, shaping configurations to business needs. You’ll train client teams, identify risks, and collaborate with Product to validate features. You’ll build lasting partnerships and support ongoing compliance post go-live in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

• Lead end-to-end payroll implementations and adoption for French clients
• Serve as subject-matter expert on French payroll, DSN obligations, and conventions collectives
• Configure payroll across time management, employee data, contract types, integrations, and compliance workflows
• Deliver training and advisory sessions to client teams to automate and scale processes
• Identify risks and complex scenarios, propose solutions, and escalate when needed




• Bridge with Product teams to share French payroll insights and participate in testing/validation
• Foster long-term client partnerships with ongoing compliance and audit readiness
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Support, and implementation partners

Responsabilidades

• Languages: expert-level French and fluent English
• Experience supporting SaaS/ERP/HRIS implementations or in a consulting environment
