ppAs part of its ongoing expansion, BB Trends is seeking a bMarketplace Manager /b with proven experience in the Slovak, Czech, and Romanian markets to help drive growth and strengthen its presence across the region. /p h3Main responsabilities: /h3 ul libManagement and development of marketplace accounts Alza, Datart (HP Tronic), Mall, Allegro, eMAG and Altex: /b Manage and optimize key marketplace accounts to maximize performance and drive business growth. /li libPerformance analysis: /b Continuously monitor sales, identify trends, detect improvement areas, and uncover new business opportunities. /li libPricing strategies: /b Support the definition and implementation of competitive pricing strategies, margin management, and promotional campaigns across marketplaces. /li libMarketplace relationship management: /b Coordinate with internal teams and marketplace partners to resolve issues, improve processes, and maintain strong commercial relationships. /li libListing optimization: /b Collaborate in the creation and optimization of product content (descriptions, titles, images, and keywords) to improve visibility, conversion rates,



and product ranking. /li libCompetitive monitoring: /b Conduct market analysis and review competitor strategies to recommend actions that strengthen the brand’s market position. /li libSell-out, margin, and stock rotation control: /b Monitor and analyze commercial performance by category and customer to ensure profitable and efficient account management. /li libReporting and KPIs: /b Prepare regular reports on account performance, key KPIs, and actionable insights to support decision-making. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liPrevious e-commerce experience (at least) in one of the bRomanian, Czech, and Slovak markets /b. /li liProven experience in bsales management and negotiation with buyers /b, as well as responsibility for bPL management /b. /li liStrong knowledge of the above-mentioned marketplaces and e-commerce analytics tools. /li libLanguages: /b Fluent bEnglish is required /b; Other languages would be considered a plus. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
