One customer, one family, one community at a time. /p h3About This Role /h3 pThe New Accounts Analyst plays a key role in facilitating the onboarding process for new agents of our company. Acting as a bridge between Sales, Compliance, and Credit departments, this position ensures that all submitted documentation is processed efficiently and meets fit and proper standards. The role supports Sales teams in reaching their monthly targets while maintaining strict adherence to internal policies as well as local and central regulations. Additionally, the analyst will provide training, regulatory updates, and participate in projects and ad-hoc tasks across European teams. /p h3Roles Responsibilities /h3 ul liReview of documentation provided by thesales teams onAOBplatform,in accordance withthe Due Diligenceprocedureandbe sure that all the information is correct to send every application to the regulator.



/li liLiaise with the sales team by providing the necessary support to achieve the highest number of registrations in quick,systematicandaccurateprocedure that implies local and central reviewing departments( Compliance, New Accounts, Credit). /li liApplying filters for potential clients (Agents): /li liCredit analysis: filter to verify that the potential customer is debt free. /li liInternal verification on our databases toavoid onboardingpreviousdebtor agents, or that had othertypeof issues. /li liTrainings with sales representatives. /li liSet up and configuration of agents when process is finished. /li liCoordinate closings of monthwith local sales managers, taking into consideration that we provide help until the end of the month. /li liServe as back up for local new accounts department in case of vacation, sickness or when the situation requires our help. /li liCreation of guides and manuals that will be used by local teams when new members of sales or new accounts are on-boarded. /li liReporting all levels (local and management) to share the status of the recruitment and performance of local teams. /li liEngage in projects, initiatives, and ad-hoc tasks to improve departmental processes. /li /ul h3Useoftools /h3 ul liAOB database through which the documentation issubmittedto start the registration process. /li liFxClient /li liGoogle Earth to check the distance between the agents and the prospect. /li liExcel, Adobe PDF Creator, Power Point, Others. /li /ul h3Perks Benefits /h3 ul liList of perksbenefits per country spesific /li /ul pRia Money Transfer is an equal opportunity employer.
