Your mission will be to lead the growth strategy, guarantee operational excellence across service centers, and maintain the highest standards of safety and regulatory compliance. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liFull PL responsibility for the Spanish subsidiary. /li liDefinition and implementation of the local strategy, aligned with integral corporate objectives. /li liRigorous financial control, cash flow management, and supervision of capital expenditures (CAPEX) in machinery and technology. /li liLead geographically distributed operational teams in high-demand industrial environments. /li liOptimize the efficiency of internal logistics, material processing services, and heavy machinery fleet maintenance. /li liDrive continuous improvement and the digitalization of operational processes. /li liManage Long-Term Contracts with Tier-1 B2B industrial clients. /li liLead complex negotiations, service renewals, and the identification of new collaboration avenues.



/li liAct as the firm’s primary representative in Spain. /li liGuarantee a safe working environment, fostering a “Zero Harm” culture in operations involving heavy machinery and material handling. /li liEnsure strict compliance with current environmental regulations. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liMSc in Engineering (Industrial, Mining, or similar).
