and SEO‑relevant content, ensuring all website copy aligns with brand positioning and current campaign messaging. /li /ul h3What will you bring? /h3 ul liNative or highly experienced UK English writer, with proven experience in email and CRM marketing copywriting and a strong understanding of email optimisation best practices (deliverability, engagement, segmentation). /li liAbility to produce high volumes of copy while maintaining quality and brand consistency, plus strong personalization and segmentation mindset – comfort writing for multiple audience profiles and lifecycle stages simultaneously. /li liUnderstanding of customer journey and lifecycle marketing, with the ability to adapt tone and register to different audiences, objectives and channels. /li liAttention to detail and strong collaboration skills in a cross‑functional environment; team player comfortable working across departments, time zones and reporting lines – this role sits at the intersection of multiple teams and requires genuine collaborative instinct, not just tolerance. /li liResilient and organised under shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
