Experteer Overview As a Lead IT Architect, you partner with clients to define IT strategies and architecture solutions, securing buy-in and turning potential into performance. You’ll own end-to-end, complex modules within projects and begin developing specialized expertise while taking on team-lead responsibilities. You will shape architectures that align with business goals and drive cross-functional transformation. This role offers meaningful impact by advancing digital transformation for diverse industries.

Responsabilidades

- 10+ years in enterprise architecture,



IT strategy, and large-scale system design
- Spanish language required; English fluent
- Expert in enterprise architecture design across business, data, application, and technology layers
- Experience with TOGAF, Zachman, or SABSA
- Strong cloud platform knowledge (AWS, Azure, GCP) and middleware technologies
- Experience integrating legacy systems via APIs, microservices, SOA
- Knowledge of GDPR, DORA, NIS2 and regulatory compliance
- Disaster recovery and business continuity planning experience
- Enterprise security architectures including zero-trust and monitoring
- Leadership in guiding architects, developers, and IT teams
- Industry experience in Banking, Insurance, Energy, Telecommunications, or Manufacturing
