The Role

You will lead strategic programmes focused on transforming the company's global operations.

Your mission will be to translate strategic priorities into executable programmes, ensuring governance, stakeholder alignment and successful implementation across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead complex Operations Transformation programmes across international manufacturing environments.
- Develop and execute transformation roadmaps aligned with business strategy.
- Drive manufacturing network optimisation and industrial footprint initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional programmes across Supply Chain, Procurement and Logistics.
- Establish governance models, KPIs and value tracking mechanisms.
- Coordinate multiple transformation initiatives simultaneously.
- Partner with senior executives to drive decision-making and execution.

We're Looking For

You bring extensive experience leading large-scale transformation programmes within industrial environments. Your background combines operational credibility with the ability to orchestrate complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and geographies.

Experience





- 15+ years of experience in Operations Transformation, Supply Chain Strategy, Manufacturing Strategy or Enterprise Transformation.
- Demonstrated success leading multi-site and multi-region programmes.
- Strong experience in manufacturing network optimisation, supply chain transformation, sourcing and logistics.
- Proven ability to lead complex transformation portfolios in matrix organisations.
- Experience working with global manufacturing operations.
- Strong business acumen combined with programme governance and execution capabilities.
