Duties

As a Service Engineer / Supervisor, you will report directly to the VIC Service Manager and be responsible for the following duties:

- Servicing Leica GPS & TPS. The regular repair of assigned Leica products such as :

GPS (Leica iCon and Viva)

TPS (TPS400/700/800,TPS1100,TPS1200,TS11/15/16 & iCon, Flexline,)

TS60/MS60, TS03,0710 & iCon

- Support customers with technical inquiries
- Liaising with clients, direct, phone and email
- Record keeping, quotes and assist with data recording
- Troubleshooting and analysing problem issues for iCon, Viva & Captivate.

Requirements

- At least 4 years experiences with Leica TPS/GPS products
- Specific training undergone in Leica factory in Heerbrugg
- Experience in preparing Leica Service Audit
- Extensive knowledge of Leica GPS products, GPS1200 and GS15
- Extensive knowledge of Leica TPS products TPS(TPS400/700/800,TPS1100,TPS1200,TS11/15/16,Flexline, TS60/MS60,TS03,07,10)
- Desire to learn new technologies and skills, both via training and self-learning.




- Work in a team environment is a must and the ability to work autonomously
- Ability to solve problems and think laterally
- Extensive knowledge of Machine Control Calibrations

Salary

$95,000 - $ 100,000 base + 12% superannuation
