Experteer Overview

In this role you will integrate new data areas into the Celonis Process Mining platform and build ETL pipelines using Object-Centric Process Mining. You will collaborate with stakeholders to test, validate, and optimize Celonis solutions, driving process improvements. You’ll develop analyses and value-tracking dashboards while staying current with process mining best practices. This position combines hands‑on technical work with stakeholder communication in a multicultural environment, offering growth and SAP‑focused training.

Compensaciones / Ventajas

- Develop and enhance OCPM ETL pipelines, views, action flows and Celonos-based solutions (SAP data focused)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to test and validate new process mining developments
- Monitor and troubleshoot ETL pipelines to ensure data refreshes
- Design and implement optimal technical solutions for defined use cases
- Analyze processes for improvement opportunities and present findings with recommended actions
- Develop dashboards to measure value realised from process improvements
- Train and enable stakeholders on Warehouse Management dashboards; maintain documentation
- Maintain deep expertise in process mining technologies and best practices




- Ensure compliance with internal Avnet procedures and policies
- Manage work packages independently and gather/document requirements and KPIs
- Participate in alignment calls to present developments
- Train, support and mentor other process mining developers; review designs
- Project management activities and knowledge transfer within BI
- Support stakeholder communication to deliver projects on time and with high quality

Responsabilidades

- 1+ years experience developing Process Mining solutions with Celonis
- Experience building OCPM ETL pipelines and related components
- Knowledge of SAP ERP data and business processes
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Strong analytical skills
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus
- Fluent in English
- German language skills (intermediate–advanced) could be advantageous
- Experience with SAP EWM data and processes could be advantageous
