As our Data Analyst, you’ll sit at the intersection of data and business: turning questions from across the company into clear, reliable answers, and building the foundations that make every team smarter. You’ll have a real impact from day one. /ph3What You’ll Do /h3ulliBe the data partner for Commercial, Operations Product, and Leadership teams understanding their questions and turning them into data deliverables that actually get used. /liliDesign, build, and maintain dashboards and data visualizations that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. /liliHelp define and implement our data models and data warehouse layer.



/liliBuild and maintain ELT pipelines to support analytics needs across the company. /liliSet up monitoring, documentation, and quality checks to ensure data you publish is data people can trust. /liliUse AI tools to accelerate analysis, automate repetitive data tasks, and surface insights faster across the business. /liliContribute to building a data-driven culture — helping teams ask better questions and interpret results with confidence. /liliCollaborate with the Data team to improve our modern data stack and shared tooling. /li /ulh3What We’re Looking For /h3ulli3+ years of hands-on experience in a data-related role (Data Analyst, Analytics Engineer, BI Analyst, or similar). /liliStrong SQL skills, capable of writing complex queries across multiple tables. /liliComfortable using Python for data manipulation and analysis /liliExperience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or similar. /liliExperience with cloud data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse). /liliAbility to translate business questions into data requirements and results back into business language. /liliFamiliarity with dbt or similar data modeling tools is a strong plus. /liliComfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment — proactive, hands-on, and ready to take ownership.
