confident assistance when it matters most. /li liRepresent Jet2holidays during hotel visits and respond to queries via video call messaging, delivering friendly and efficient support. /li liWork as one team by supporting our Airport team on busy flight days to ensure a smooth start and end to customers’ journeys. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liRight to work documents: full right to work documents for Spain (DNI / NIE / TIE). /li liTravel accommodation: driver with access to your own motorised vehicle with appropriate insurance; operational travel expenses reimbursed; must be living in Ibiza. /li liFlexibility: roster 4 weeks in advance; roster may include early starts, late finishes, split shifts weekend working; required to support during flight disruption, serious emergencies, and customer escalations. /li liSkills experience: customer service experience is a plus but not essential; solution orientated, friendly positive; confident and comfortable using digital systems on a tablet device. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
