We are seeking a proactive and driven Sales Executive to support our international growth and strengthen our commercial presence in the aircraft cabin interiors market. The role involves developing new business opportunities, managing key customer relationships, and promoting our Engineering (Part 21J), Production (Part 21G) and Maintenance (Part 145) capabilities.

You will work closely with the Commercial, Engineering and Production teams, ensuring seamless coordination from initial customer contact through project completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive business development activities and achieve annual sales growth targets.
- Identify new opportunities, generate RFP/RFQs and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
- Prepare and present commercial proposals in coordination with technical teams.
- Monitor competitors and market trends to support strategic decisions.
- Support sales forecasts, revenue targets and commercial planning.




- Oversee project progress to ensure alignment with customer expectations.
- Represent the company during international events and customer visits.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering or a Higher Diploma within the aviation field, supported by initial professional experience in the aviation industry—preferably within airlines or the aircraft cabin interiors sector and a minimum of 3 years of relevant, hands‑on experience.
- Innate passion and interest in commercial aviation field.
- Excellent English skills (mandatory); additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
- Highly motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
- Problem‑solving mindset and team‑oriented attitude.
