ph3Space Planning Senior Engineer /h3 pLead the design execution, planning and delivery of office refurbishment and fit‑out projects across multiple locations, ensuring optimized space utilization, regulatory compliance, budget control and alignment with corporate strategy. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liEnd‑to‑end management of projects across multiple locations (from concept to delivery). /li liDesign and planning of corporate spaces tailored to local needs. /li liCoordinate with internal and external stakeholders (Facilities, IT, Security, suppliers). /li liControl costs and timelines, ensuring deadlines and budget compliance. /li liSite supervision and validation of corporate standards. /li liManage risk and resolve issues throughout projects. /li liOptimize resources and continuously improve design and execution processes. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Building Engineering, Engineering or a related field. /li liProject Management certification is a plus. /li li3–5 years of experience managing office, retail or corporate space projects. /li liExperience in space planning, refurbishment and fit‑out projects. /li liExperience managing multi‑site projects is highly desirable.
