You will play a key role in ensuring that our platforms are future-proof, well-integrated, and capable of supporting diverse educational markets. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 pbStrategic Technical Leadership /b /p ul liDesign end-to-end solutions for digital learning platforms, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and business requirements. /li liProvide architectural guidance and support to engineering delivery teams throughout the development lifecycle. /li liEvaluate and introduce modern architectural frameworks, tools, and best practices. /li liAnalyse dependencies and integration points across systems and products to ensure interoperability and scalability. /li liContribute to solution documentation, gap analysis, and technical feasibility assessments. /li liCollaborate with international architecture peers to define and evolve reference architectures. /li liWork closely with product, engineering, and business teams to ensure coherence and reuse across domains. /li liSupport strategic planning and roadmap development for platform evolution and shared services. /li liFacilitate architectural walkthroughs and technical workshops across business units. /li liAct as a key contributor in enterprise-wide architecture forums. /li /ul pbGovernance Operational Oversight /b /p ul liSupport the Architecture Competence in scoping and reviewing solution designs, guidelines, and ways of working.



/li liEnsure architectural consistency and adherence to Sanoma Learning’s strategic technology direction. /li liMaintain a clear overview of solution components and their alignment with enterprise standards. /li /ul pbTalent Development Thought Leadership /b /p ul liPromote architectural excellence, innovation, and knowledge sharing across teams. /li liFoster a culture of continuous learning and technical leadership. /li liParticipate in architecture-related events and communities within Sanoma Learning. /li /ul h3Must-Have Technical Skills /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field /li li5+ years of experience in solution architecture or software design /li liStrong knowledge of cloud-native architectures, APIs, and integration patterns /li liExperience working in agile environments /li liAbility to balance strategic thinking with hands-on technical problem solving /li liExcellent collaboration and communication skills /li liFluent in English /li liProven ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions /li liSkilled in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement /li liStrong analytical mindset with attention to detail /li li Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment /li liPassionate about education technology and digital transformation /li liCommitted to continuous learning and knowledge sharing /li /ul h3Nice-to-Have Skills /h3 ul liExperience with educational platforms and interoperability standards /li liFamiliarity with AWS, Kubernetes, and observability tools like Datadog /li liKnowledge of OAuth2, SSO,
