ph3Job Description /h3pIf you have at least 3 years of experience as a process engineer and would like to be part of a leading automotive supplier, /ph3About us? /h3pYanfeng is a general automotive supplier focused on developing innovative solutions for interiors, exteriors, seating, cockpit electronics and passive safety to enhance the driving experience. /ppWith more than 57,000 employees worldwide and 10 RD centers, Yanfeng's technical team of 4,200 experts is committed to delivering leading cabin solutions that help automakers explore future mobility. /ph3What are we searching for? /h3pWe are currently looking for a Process Engineer to be part of our team where he/she will carry out the design and standardization of the assigned processes to ensure the quality of what is produced, the safety of personnel and cost efficiency, using the appropriate tools to solve problems that may arise and continually improve the key indicators of the process. /ph3What will you do in this position? /h3ulliYou will define the production process (quality, safety) and its documentation (Process flow, PFMEA, VSM, ODS, Parameter Sheets and Poka yokes). /liliYou will participate and support in the launches, in the definition of layout, control plan, reception of equipment and its set-up and optimization. /liliYou will define the assembly standards and the associated work content (MTM, schedules, operations balance sheets.).
