In this role, you will shape and drive the strategic agenda for BCG's global Industry Practices, partnering with senior leaders to deliver initiatives that strengthen the operating model and accelerate priorities. You will lead complex programs across practices and functions, ensuring successful execution and measurable business impact. You will translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, enabling cross-functional collaboration and timely, high-quality delivery. A key hook is shaping how global Industry Practices operate to deliver enterprise-wide value in a collaborative, matrixed environment.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Lead the Industry Practice Area portfolio planning, prioritization, and execution with the central Industry Practices team, ensuring effective resource use and governance
• Direct high-impact strategic projects from concept to implementation, driving change management and measurable outcomes
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across Industry Practice Areas and BCG functions to deliver complex global initiatives
• Monitor project and portfolio performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide leadership with concise updates




• Coordinate stakeholder alignment and interdependencies, ensuring timely communication across Practice Area teams
• Shape agendas and content for Industry Practice leadership forums (PAL, GPMD) and prepare executive-level materials for governance meetings
• Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to Industry Practice GPMDs, offering problem-solving support and execution leadership

Responsabilidades
• 10+ years of experience in leading complex strategic initiatives or enterprise-wide projects in global, matrixed contexts (professional services or consulting)
• Proven ability to translate priorities xqbhyrx into executable plans and deliver measurable outcomes
• Proven success influencing senior stakeholders and aligning cross-functional groups without direct authority
• Strong program and portfolio management skills, including handling multiple priorities, dependencies, and risks
• Excellent problem-solving, structured thinking, and communication, with experience preparing executive materials
• Track record of building collaborative relationships across integral teams in complex organizations
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
