The role acts as a bridge between technical teams (APIGEE, Engineering, Architecture) and business/API Champions, providing both functional and technical support. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liAPI Troubleshooting Support: handle technical issues, credential testing (creation and testing of POSTMAN collection), API testing validation, regression and environment validations (Pre‑Prod, Non‑Prod), identify and elevate inconsistencies between environments, validate performance and reliability. /li liCustomer API Champion Support: serve as primary operational point of contact for API Champions and customer technical teams on onboarding, testing, interpreting errors, understanding API behavior, and resolving environment or platform issues. /li liDocumentation Knowledge Management: maintain support guides, troubleshooting playbooks, and test cases; document lessons learned, known issues, and best practices; contribute to functional analysis and small enhancements. /li liMonitoring Continuous Improvement:
