ppYou will take ownership of a core backend system that is critical to the company and our customers. This system operates independently from our main platform and supports key business workflows under strict client and regulatory constraints. /p pWhile the platform is constrained by customer requirements, there is room to improve internal structure, reliability, and tooling over time. /p h3Your responsibilities: /h3 ul liTechnical ownership of a core, isolated .NET system used in production. /li liMaintain, extend, and stabilize an existing codebase built on .NET Framework 4.8. /li liEnsure reliability, performance and correctness. /li liDiagnose and resolve complex production issues. /li liCollaboration with other engineering teams. /li liMake pragmatic decisions balancing risk, maintainability, and business needs. /li liImprove code quality and internal structure where possible. /li /ul h3What we are looking for:
