ph3Job Description /h3 pAt Swatch, we are looking for a passionate and creative Visual Merchandiser to join our Marketing team. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager and Brand Manager, you will play a key role in bringing the brand experience to life across our retail network and ensuring a consistent, impactful consumer journey at POS. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liEnsure the consistent execution of Swatch’s brand image and visual merchandising standards across all points of sale, creating attractive and impactful product presentations that enhance customer engagement, maximize product visibility, and strengthen brand presence. /li liDevelop and implement visual concepts, POS materials, and product displays while working closely with retailers, points of sale, and external suppliers to coordinate production, installation, and execution of merchandising initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and deadlines. /li liMonitor store execution through regular visits, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide merchandising recommendations and action plans.



Act as a key link between the field, suppliers, and the Brand and Marketing teams, sharing insights and ensuring the successful rollout of campaigns, product launches, and in-store activations. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMinimum of 2 years experience in a similar position. /li liGood knowledge of IT, in particular Illustrator Photoshop. /li liAvailability to travel 70–80% of the time. /li liPermanent residence in Madrid Province is required. /li liValid driving licence. /li liHigh level Graphic Design software proficiency (Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator, etc.). /li liHigh level of English.
