You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and industry experts to successfully deliver cutting edge projects. /p pProven record delivering CSA projects/packages from pre‑construction through to commissioning and handover, on time and within budget along with managing construction managers and supervisors. /p pAbility to review, interpret and summarised large amounts of data into client and project reports. /p pExperience of managing coordinating internal fit out works/ firestopping with Mechanical / Electrical installations essential both subcontract and self‑delivered elements. Civils experience desirable but not essential.



/p pCommercially and contractually competent with a good understanding of project PL. /p pProven ability to manage an existing core cross‑functional team / develop the team. /p h3Skills And Requirements /h3 ul liMinimum 5 years’ experience post third level qualification. /li liData centre construction experience essential having delivered a project of 20MW+ from preconstruction to operational handover. Day two experience desirable but not essential. /li liRelevant Construction or Project Management qualification essential. /li liExcellent IT skills essential and a good understanding of programmes including CSA activities. /li liProven ability to work both individually and as part of a cross‑functional team. /li liExcellent communication and organisation skills essential. /li liCSA/VGA essential. /li liUnderstanding of Health and Safety. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 pWe offer a competitive salary package commensurate with experience and qualifications.
