You will own the full campaign lifecycle—from global talent scouting and negotiation to performance tracking against core business KPIs—ensuring every partnership reflects our brand values while delivering measurable ROI. /p h3What You´ll Do /h3 ul liDevelop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns globally at a scale. Drive the development of innovative projects for positive brand growth. /li liSet explicit campaign goals, continually assess against benchmarks, and enhance performance by implementing strategies informed by data-driven insights. /li liLeverage data insights to pinpoint impactful influencers, refine campaigns through metric analysis, and ensure efficient resource allocation guided by data-driven decisions. /li liOptimize influencer relationships through streamlined communication, efficient agreement tracking, and global influencer scouting and negotiation. /li liEnsure accurate communication of brand values and philosophy through interactions with influencers globally. /li /ul h3Who You Are /h3 ul liFluent proficiency in oral and written English and Spanish; additional proficiency in French, Portuguese, German or Italian is a plus. /li liMinimum of 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing. /li liDegree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline. /li liProven track record of initiating, managing, and monetizing relationships with influencers and agencies. /li liStrong performance and data-driven mindset and business goal-oriented approach. /li liStay abreast of social media trends and technology to identify and build relationships with best-fit influencers. /li liStrong project management skills. /li liExcellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills for effective collaboration across territories.
