As a Senior Quality Manager, you ensure quality across projects and functional areas within GxP scope. You will collaborate with the Quality team to uphold regulatory compliance and drive quality initiatives for client projects. You’ll oversee eQMS activities, vendor quality processes, and CAPA management to mitigate risks. The role offers autonomy to lead complex quality activities and impact patient-focused outcomes. Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Provide functional and project-level quality oversight across assigned scope in line with GCP and GxP requirements
• Support eQMS lifecycle activities and validation oversight
• Oversee vendor quality management including qualification, risk assessment, and RFIs; review outputs by Quality Managers




• Assist business units and clients with project-specific quality frameworks and procedures
• Create, review and approve controlled documents ensuring regulatory alignment with the QMS
• Manage quality issues and CAPAs, including investigation oversight, risk escalation, and critical decision-making
• Participate in quality risk management activities including risk identification and assessment

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in quality management/QA xqbhyrx
• 5+ years in GxP auditing (nice to have)
• Strong expertise in GCP/GxP, QMS, and system validation
• Proven ability to work independently and lead complex quality activities
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or equivalent experience
