ppClio, a integral leader in legal AI technology, empowers legal professionals and law firms to work smarter, faster, and more securely. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliTeam Management: lead and supervise an accounting team (2‑3 people), ensuring effective task distribution and professional development. /liliFinancial Statements and Reporting: prepare group consolidation adjustments, analyze and monitor adjustments for GAAP differences (local GAAP vs. US GAAP), prepare and deliver the monthly reporting package, perform flux analysis and provide justifications for main variances, collaborate on external audits, assist in the review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, provide financial reports to senior management and assist in the analysis of financial results and key performance indicators. /liliGeneral Group Accounting: ensure the accuracy and compliance of group accounting records, oversee and review group accounting operations across the group, guarantee compliance with local and global accounting regulations across the group. /liliProcesses and Improvements: participate in the implementation and enhancement of accounting tools and ERP systems, implement process improvements to optimize time and resources, propose and execute automation and efficiency initiatives within financial processes. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliAcademic Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. /liliExperience: minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and finance (Big4 experience is a must). /liliTechnical Knowledge: mastery of accounting principles, advanced knowledge of Spanish GAAP required,
