/li liDevelop and execute strategic plans and support frameworks for new projects. /li liDrive continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives for existing projects. /li liRecord and report KPI performance and provide team or individual training where required. /li liInternational travel required. /li /ul h3Candidate Profile /h3 ul liFluent in French and English to high business standard (written and spoken) – Essential. /li liExperience in a similar operations management role within the IT or SaaS sector – Essential. /li liDegree in IT, Engineering or related technical field preferred. /li liStrong understanding of IT Service Management Framework (ITIL) and comfortable with ticket management tools. /li liPrevious experience in budget and PL management. /li liExcellent communication and negotiation skills. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
