Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Butcher to join our team at Supercor Torrequebrada . In this role, you will provide personalized, high-quality customer service, advising shoppers on their purchases and promoting our selection of fresh meat products. You will play an active role in maintaining an attractive counter display, driving sales through proactive service, and building long-term customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Advice & Sales: Deliver attentive, personalized customer service, recommending product cuts, advising on choices, and boosting sales of fresh products.
- Order Preparation: Skillfully use specialized cutting and packaging tools to prepare orders according to customer preferences.
- Merchandise Management: Handle, organize,



and manage meat products to ensure high quality and fresh stock levels.
- Counter & Shelf Maintenance: Assemble, clean, and disassemble counters and display shelves, ensuring correct product placement and presentation standards.
- Product Care & Compliance: Ensure all food safety guidelines and proper product maintenance procedures are met consistently.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: Proven experience working in butchery and handling fresh meat products.
- Languages: Native or fluent Spanish language proficiency required for direct customer interactions.
- Availability: Full availability to work full-time across rotating morning and afternoon shifts.
- Skills: Excellent communication, customer service orientation, and comfort with commercial sales activities.
