looking for a Principal Software Engineer to design and build the
core infrastructure powering autonomous AI clinicians. This is a
highly hands-on engineering role focused on building large-scale
distributed systems, AI agents, secure healthcare infrastructure,
and production-grade backend platforms. You'll work directly with
founders, hospitals,



and healthcare providers to solve complex
technical problems that have real-world impact. If you're a builder

Architect and build AI agent systems for healthcare applications
Design scalable distributed backend services Develop secure
healthcare infrastructure handling sensitive clinical data Build
low-latency communication systems supporting voice and video
workflows Production Engineering; Build scalable Python services
powering enterprise healthcare platforms Design APIs, orchestration
systems, and backend infrastructure Optimize system performance,
scalability, and reliability Improve deployment, monitoring, and
operational excellence AI Systems; Build production systems around
LLMs, AI agents, and reinforcement learning Design agent
orchestration frameworks Integrate AI capabilities into real-world
