Today, we collaborate with more than 50 general companies and serve millions of customers in over 52 countries from 22 select locations in the world's major financial hubs. /p h3Overview of responsibilities /h3 ul liAdvising our clients - premium cardholders - by phone and email in both French and English /li liHandling customer inquiries from quote preparation to billing for individual trips /li liMaking reservations with airlines, hotels, and travel agencies /li liCreating tailored offers, travel documents, and detailed travel itineraries /li liPassionately advising and facilitating unique travel experiences /li liActively selling special promotions and exclusive offers /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 pstrongYour Profile: /strong /p ul liYou have excellent language skills in professional French and English, in written and spoken (C2 according to The Common European Framework) /li liAbility to speak an additional language such as German or Italian is an advantage /li liHave completed tertiary qualification or equivalent training, ideally in the field of tourism /li liHave several years of professional experience in the travel industry, a tour operator or in a travel agency /li liHave GDS knowledge (preferably Amadeus) /li liHave excellent destination knowledge across key global regions /li liHave a strong passion for everything related to travel and the luxury lifestyle, including gastronomy, events and culture /li liAre service-oriented,
