We are looking for a Logistics Assistant based in Castelldefels (Barcelona),on a permanent contract.

The Logistics Assistant provides assistance to the logistics team.





The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:

- Oversee and ensure administrative compliance of import and transport documents in Iberia
- Effectively track port arrivals as well as customs’ clearances
- Implement a streamlined approach to enhance efficiency and control costs at the assigned ports
- Generate and submit periodical reports such as SII, Intrastat and plastics’ declarations to the AEAT
- Manage the office procurement

Skills required:

- Minimum 2 years’ overall experience in Logistics/Customs;
- Experience in the sector will be an added value;
- Proficiency in Computers and Office365.
- Fluent in written and spoken English,
- Organizational maturity and effectiveness;
- Able to demonstrate professional competence, both within the company and with external contacts;
- Results orientated with a positive approach;
- Ability to deal with change;
- Excellent Communication Skills
