Responsibilities

- Own the SAP platform roadmap across all modules and workstreams
- Manage the end-to-end change request (CR) pipeline
- Serve as the primary point of contact for SAP across the business
- Facilitate release planning and go-live coordination across workstreams
- Identify and drive quick-win automation opportunities
- Own the SAP BTP layer: iFlow configuration and maintenance
- Manage the SAP-side configuration of connections to Salesforce, Workday, OneStream, and Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Oversee e-invoicing compliance across multiple countries
- Perform root-cause analysis on SAP integration incidents
- Administer the SAP platform: user roles, authorizations, and system configuration
- Act as the primary commercial and delivery interface with external SAP vendors
- Ensure every open CR has a named owner, module assignment, and ETA
- Coordinate cross-workstream dependencies and sequencing
- Contribute to IT cost visibility for SAP-related spend
- Support audit, GDPR, and ISO 27001 compliance requirements

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration,



or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in SAP programme management, platform ownership, or technical administration
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate a multi-workstream SAP delivery programme across functional architects and business stakeholders
- Proven track record managing SAP BTP integrations
- Experience working with and governing external SAP development vendors
- Familiarity with adjacent enterprise systems (Salesforce, Workday, Dynamics 365, OneStream)
- Background in multi-country SAP e-invoicing compliance is strongly preferred
- Experience in fast-paced, multi-entity international environments
