/ph3Key Responsibilities /h3h3Cost Estimation Budgeting /h3ulliAssist with preparing cost estimates and project budgets /liliSupport cost planning exercises to help projects remain within financial constraints /li /ulh3Procurement Contract Management /h3ulliLearn about procurement strategies and contract administration /liliAssist in the preparation of tender documents and evaluation of contractor bids /li /ulh3Financial Reporting Risk Management /h3ulliSupport the preparation of cost reports, identifying financial risks and opportunities /liliAssist with tracking project expenditure to help ensure value for money /li /ulh3Client Stakeholder Engagement /h3ulliWork closely with clients, contractors and internal teams to support cost-effective project delivery /liliDevelop communication and commercial skills to support informed decision-making /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliDegree in Construction, Engineering or a related field (e.g. Arquitectura Técnica, Ingeniería Civil) /li /ulh3Behaviours /h3ulliCurious and enthusiastic, with a genuine interest in learning and developing within cost management /liliDetail-oriented and numerate, with a focus on accuracy and quality in all work /liliAbility to manage workload, priorities,
